Hello World indeed.
I remember when I first began learning about programming computers back in 1982 or so on an Apple II+ and it was “hello world” that I first typed into the computer.

I can’t believe it I’ve finished week 3 and have lost 11lbs already. I was out food shopping 3 days ago and went to grab a muffin then stopped and told myself I didn’t want it because it wouldn’t make me feel good (not I can’t have it because I’m on a Diet but because I didn’t like how it would make me feel.) I think keeping a track of what and how I feel after eating has really sunk in. Up until now it’s always felt like I was depriving my self of something when I made the choice not to eat something that looked good but wasn’t good for me.
