Hello world!

Ah yes, Hello World.

Hello World indeed.

I remember when I first began learning about programming computers back in 1982 or so on an Apple II+ and it was “hello world” that I first typed into the computer.

Well this is Fat Loss Fundamentals and it’s my baby that I’m sharing with the world.

And now it’s been released…

If you’ve found this entry, then welcome you, to the very thing that may change your life forever.

if you’ve got 300 pounds to lose, 200 pounds or any large number like that, it can be a daunting task that lays before you.

i know, I was there once.

I found that by taking things step by step, one thing at a time, putting it into practice and then anchoring the habit, it became second nature. It became a way of life.

Each habit compounded upon the next and led me down a road where I dropped 300 pounds.

I thought “Why not teach it?”

and so Hello World, here is your roadmap to success and “my baby” Fat Loss Fundamentals

  • Where did all of this energy come from?!

I have an office job and I’m stuck behind a computer for the better part of the day. Before starting week 1, I would frequently be tired by mid afternoon and have to tell myself repeatedly to stay away for dinner, then I could go to bed!

Just a few days into week 1 I noticed (and continue to notice) that I can stay awake from the time I get up, 5am, until the time I go to bed, 9:30pm. My eyes feel more alert and open and I’m not tired. My acne is also starting to clear up.

Not sure what ingredients are causing such dramatic and welcome changes, but this program’s worth continuing just for the added energy it gives me.
