Hello world!

Ah yes, Hello World.

Hello World indeed.

I remember when I first began learning about programming computers back in 1982 or so on an Apple II+ and it was “hello world” that I first typed into the computer.

Well this is Fat Loss Fundamentals and it’s my baby that I’m sharing with the world.

And now it’s been released…

if you’ve got 300 pounds to lose, 200 pounds or any large number like that, it can be a daunting task that lays before you.

i know, I was there once.

I found that by taking things step by step, one thing at a time, putting it into practice and then anchoring the habit, it became second nature. It became a way of life.

Each habit compounded upon the next and led me down a road where I dropped 300 pounds.

I thought “Why not teach it?”

  • I can’t believe it I’ve finished week 3 and have lost 11lbs already. I was out food shopping 3 days ago and went to grab a muffin then stopped and told myself I didn’t want it because it wouldn’t make me feel good (not I can’t have it because I’m on a Diet but because I didn’t like how it would make me feel.) I think keeping a track of what and how I feel after eating has really sunk in. Up until now it’s always felt like I was depriving my self of something when I made the choice not to eat something that looked good but wasn’t good for me.

    Thanks for all your work in getting this great program out for people like me, miss 11lbs lighter!!!
